Please note all our items are made to order, and while we generally get them dispatched within 1 week, it can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched (if there is a longer wait time on some items due to demand, it will be stated on the listing).
Our returns policy.
When ever we send out products, we package these to the best of our ability, but if Australia Post damages it during in transit please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will speed a replacement out to you by courier who will also pick up the damaged one.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please don't be offended if we ask for photo evidence, as our policy is to receive a picture of the damage before we grant a replacements.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If this feature is not enabled, please contact us and we will supply you the international postage rate.
For our personalised products, these will take up to 5 business days to be produced and they will then be dispatched - Shipping time with Australia Post will vary within Australia from 1 day to 2 weeks (in peak Christmas time).
Shipping and delivery dates are estimated for you through the website, all our parcels are sent using registered post (note items that are sent as large letters do not have tracking), therefore you will be required to sign for the delivery. If items are not received within 3 weeks, please contact us and we will be able to track the item for you.
